Description
Main Street — Frog Legs Collection
Step down memory lane with Main Street, a masterful addition to the Frog Legs Collection by Hampton House Blends. Crafted for the discerning pipe smoker who appreciates depth, balance, and tradition, this blend captures the bustling spirit of an old-world town square in every bowlful.
The Component Breakdown
Main Street is built on a diverse and meticulous selection of five premium tobaccos:
- Dark Red Virginia: Provides a deep, rich, and naturally sweet base with subtle notes of dark stone fruit.
- Bright Virginia: Adds a crisp, tangy brightness to balance the deeper elements of the blend.
- Lemon Virginia: Lends a soft, citrusy highlight that elevates the room note and keeps the flavor lively.
- Basma: A prized Oriental leaf that introduces a delicate, buttery herbaceousness and a velvety retrohale.
- Latakia: Just enough smoky, woody, and leathery depth to tie the entire blend together with a classic, savory finish.
Flavor Profile & Smoking Character
Main Street delivers a smooth, medium-bodied smoke that evolves beautifully from the first light to the bottom of the bowl. The natural sweetness of the triple-Virginia base takes center stage, while the exotic spice of Basma and the gentle campfire smoke of Latakia weave in and out, ensuring a complex yet highly repeatable all-day smoke.
